Help: Where can I find a good costume tailor?

Halo!

First and foremost: No, I'm not going to cosplay.

My cousin will be celebrating her 18th birthday on May. Her debut motif will be sports but she'll be dressed as a cowgirl and her Dad as a cowboy; her mom and sis will be wearing racer uniforms. (Oh, I want one too~

)

Can anybody suggest a good costume-maker who asks for a considerable price, please?
